The Customer Engineering team is responsible for ensuring that all of Sourcegraphs customers, prospects, and users get the most possible value out of it. Specific responsibilities include owning relationships with existing customers and helping them be successful and grow engagement, managing customer renewals and expansion, supporting the sales team by helping prospects run trials, providing product demos, and communicating the value of Sourcegraph, and owning front-line technical support.
